The apartment, situated in a residential area in Camucia (about 4 km from the etruscan Cortona), on the first floor of the house, has: a spacious living-room, kitchen, three double bedrooms, bathroom and lavatory. 

It also has a balcony, garden and possibility of parking in the private street opposite the house.

 The place is quiet and at the same time close to the town center; opposite the street is an Internet and information point, nearby are the main square, the bus stops, the train station on the railway line Florence-Rome.

From here are easy to reach, besides the nearest Cortona, interesting towns such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena, Florence, Perugia, Castiglion Fiorentino, and the small villages tipical of this part of the Valdichiana.

Cortona has been recently brought back to international attention thanks to the movie “Under the Tuscan Sun”, from the homonymous novel written by the American writer Francis Mays, which has become a best-seller in the USA. This has also given birth to the Cortona Tuscan Sun Festival that attracts every year artists of international renown.
